The artist
Abdo Yaghi is a Lebanese singer based in Montréal, Quebec. He began his professional career through Studio El Fan in 1973, then performed in stage productions associated with the Rahbani brothers and Romeo Lahoud while building an Arabic-language catalog that includes Ismak Bi Albi and Na3am Na3amein. Yaghi won the inaugural season of The Voice Senior in 2020. He described his family's move to Montréal in interviews after the Beirut port explosion, and a January 2024 report identified Montréal as his permanent residence.
