Amari, also known as Amari Flows, is a Toronto-based singer, songwriter, and recording artist raised in the Greater Toronto Area. She began writing songs, poetry, and piano-based ideas in childhood and later shared spoken-word pieces and original music online. Her 2021 collaboration Ma Belle with AP Dhillon became an international breakthrough, surpassing 100 million Spotify streams and attracting a large video audience. The 2022 EP Love That For Me developed her independent R&B and pop voice, while songs such as Pick Up My Feelings and All In My Head explored heartbreak, self-protection, and rhythmic experimentation. All In My Head was highlighted by Spotify within Jersey club music in 2023. Amari has also collaborated with Talwiinder and NDS on Tere Bin.
