About

The artist

Andee is the stage name of Lévis-based singer-songwriter Andrée-Anne Leclerc. Her public career began with Star Académie in 2011, followed by a move into English-language pop and a recording agreement with Universal Music Canada. Black and White Heart, produced by Simple Plan's Sébastien Lefebvre, arrived in 2015 after the single Never Gone reached the Canadian top 40. The album included Sorries, co-written by P!nk, and led to touring opportunities with Demi Lovato and an opening performance for Bryan Adams on the Plains of Abraham. After seven years in Toronto, Andee returned to Quebec in 2021 and released One Plus One Equals Us. She has since worked across several projects, including the folk-pop trio Grand Leclerc, The Opera Blue with Kori Kameda, the LBA Band, and Big Shiny Show. Demain, co-written with producer Mike Demero, brought an electropop treatment to themes of hope and psychological distress in 2024, followed by Jusqu'au bout de ma mine in 2025. Her current official biography confirms Quebec, while a public professional profile and 2024 Lévis cultural reporting independently identify Lévis. The exact Spotify and official Apple Music links resolve the intended artist rather than similarly named profiles.
