About
The artist
BAIE is an Acadian pop-disco and funk-pop band based in Moncton, New Brunswick. Formed by musicians Chloé Breault, Matt Boudreau, Marc-André Boudreau, and Maxence Cormier, the ensemble draws inspiration from classic seventies disco, retro pop, and modern francophone indie songwriting. Known for their infectious stage presence and tight vocal arrangements, their debut studio album Grand Bleu was released in 2022 to critical acclaim, winning multiple honors at the Prix Éloizes and the GAMIQ awards. Their follow-up full-length record La tête a ses raisons arrived in 2026.
