The artist
Bazooka Joel is a Halifax power-pop and nerd-rock collective led by songwriter and guitarist Joel Langis. The group’s artist-controlled pages connect its current Halifax identity to a playful catalog built around pop-culture references, wrestling and bright rock hooks. The 2021 single “Filthy Four” introduced the project, followed by “Rogue One” in 2025 and the 11-song debut album “Bubblelicious” in June 2025.
