DEEJAY T-JR., pronounced tee-junior, is a Toronto DJ, turntablist, audio engineer, and educator. She developed an open-format practice across clubs, lounges, corporate events, showcases, and competition stages, with a musical focus that includes hip-hop, R&B, trap, dancehall, and related club forms. Her technical competition career includes national appearances in the DMC Canada DJ and scratch championships, a third-place finish at Red Bull 3Style Canada in 2018, a Goldie Awards world final in 2019, and international competition through the IDA World DJ Championships. T-JR. won the DMC Canada DJ Championship in 2022, 2023, and 2024, becoming the first woman to win three consecutive Canadian titles and the only woman in DMC world history documented by her official biography as achieving that three-peat. Her 2023 title placed her in the top nine worldwide, and her work represents Canada across DMC, IDA, Goldie Awards, and Red Bull competition formats.
