About

The artist

Eadsé is a Wendat singer-songwriter based in Montréal. Her artist name means My Good Friend in Wendat and was given to her at birth by former Wendake grand chief Max Gros-Louis, who played a grandfatherly role in her life. Her music combines pop and soul writing with orchestral, electronic, and Indigenous musical perspectives, and she performs in French, English, and Wendat. The 2021 project My Good Friend introduced songs including Oné-Onti, a piece dedicated to Gros-Louis that later surpassed six million online plays. In March 2025, Eadsé released her debut full-length album Healer through Musique Nomade. The album addresses healing, resilience, postpartum depression, and renewal, and it led to a new live production presented in Montréal. Later releases include I'll Keep Dreaming with Sensei H and Tout recommencer. Radio-Canada selected Eadsé as one of its 2025-2026 Révélations, supporting festival appearances and a featured concert at Maison de Radio-Canada. Current 2026 programming continues to identify her as an active Wendat performer. The exact Spotify ID, official site, Bandcamp catalog, Musique Nomade roster, and Radio-Canada profile resolve to the same artist. Current location evidence is direct and consistent across her label, artist-controlled Bandcamp, the City of Montréal, and current professional profiles. English and French text and translation provenance were reviewed, the public inquiry route points to her official site, Spotify media is provider-attributed, and no private information is included.
