The artist

Eekkoo is a Montréal-based electronic producer, DJ, and audio educator. His early catalog began in 2009 and developed through singles and EPs that balance detailed sound design with techno and progressive-house structures. The self-titled Eekkoo EP arrived through mau5trap in 2013, followed by Towers and Hell Is Other People in 2014. Later projects include Kubrick, Nightingale, Forever, Punks, and the 2020 album The 4th Season. His work has also appeared through labels including Vivrant, Anjunadeep, Suara, and mau5trap, and collaborations have included Sailor & I, Flowers and Sea Creatures, Casper Whirlin, and Kova Kova. Eekkoo has performed at events including Astropolis, HARD, and Igloofest and at clubs in Montréal, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles. The 2021 EP Eleven extended his mau5trap catalog, while Carelessly, Come Home, and the 2024 single Dream continued his independent release activity.
