The artist

Elita is an alternative band from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, built around vocalist Emma Harvey, who also performs as Elita Harkov. The project began in 2018 and developed a sound that moves between gothic electronica, digital pop, post-punk, and noise-shaped rock. Its catalog started with I Hate Everyone but You in 2018 and expanded through the EPs Sick Girl, Blood Sucker, and Anxiety Angel. The 2023 album Dysania established a longer-form version of the band's dark, electronically charged approach. In 2025, Elita followed with Hell Hill, a 13-track album associated with AWAL and preceded by singles including Masturbating in a Coffin, Korean Karaoke Bar, Girls on the Internet, Planet Paparazzi, and Ego. Current official-industry pages identify Elita as an active Canadian band, list The Feldman Agency for booking, and document the band's publishing relationship with Secretly Publishing. A recent band interview and 2025 release materials connect the project directly to St. John's and Newfoundland, while the official artist hub links the same Spotify identity and current catalog.
