About
The artist
Hailing from Berthierville in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Francis Degrandpré is one of the leading voices of Quebec's flourishing new country movement. Capturing the public's imagination as a standout participant on La Voix in 2020, Degrandpré quickly established himself as a dominant presence on francophone radio with his 2022 debut album Soir de quai. Infused with acoustic warmth, hunting and fishing imagery, and modern country-rock production, his records have earned prestigious ADISQ nominations for Album de l'année - Country. With massive live audiences and sold-out festival stages across Quebec, Degrandpré brings modern Nashville-level sound to authentic French-Canadian country life.
