About
The artist
Gourmet Club is the Halifax creative project of Canadian producer and songwriter Vincent Baur. The project combines guitars, synthesizers, saxophones and detailed studio production with an irreverent lyrical perspective. Its self-titled debut album arrived in August 2026, including the track “With Me Maybe,” with credits spanning performers and producers from the local music community. Current artist and live-music profiles identify Halifax as the project’s home base and document an active 2026 performance schedule.
