About
The artist
High Anxiety are a trio from Stone Mills, Ontario, led by J.T./Chelsee Anxiety with Ashley on vocals and Jay on drums. Their stripped-down approach combines crust punk, d-beat and anarcho-punk with songs centred on oppression, bodily autonomy and social justice. The band digitally released the ten-track album Your Dreams Are Caught in War in 2024; Fiadh Productions and Violet Hour Transmissions issued it on vinyl in 2025.
