About
The artist
Hunter Brothers are a Canadian country band made up of brothers J.J., Dusty, Luke, Brock, and Ty Hunter. Raised on their family farm near Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, the brothers developed their vocal blend through a home life shaped by music, faith, sport, and agricultural work. Their public recording catalog began with El Dorado in February 2016, followed by the debut album Getaway in 2017. Songs from that record established the group's harmony-driven country sound, including Born and Raised, Those Were the Nights, and Lost. State of Mind arrived in 2019 and spent four consecutive weeks as Canada's top-selling country album, while Lost became the group's first number-one single at Canadian country radio. Been a Minute followed in 2021, and the group also released the holiday album Joy to the World that year. Burning Down the Barn, issued as a six-track provider-classified single in 2023, led to a cross-Canada tour with more than half of its dates sold out. Hunter Brothers continued with Train (Station Edition) and Golden Rules in 2024. Homegrown Night inspired a national headline tour in 2025, and the official site documents performances across the country as well as appearances at the Calgary Stampede and Boots and Hearts. The six-track All Kinds of Country arrived in November 2025, combining their established harmonies with a broader contemporary-country palette. The exact Spotify identity contains 32 distinct primary album and single containers from February 2016 through November 2025: four albums and 28 provider-classified singles. Multi-track EP-like releases remain in Spotify's singles category. Apple Music corroborates the exact country identity and catalog. The official band biography documents multiple CCMA and JUNO nominations, Saskatchewan Country Music Association wins, Canadian Gold certifications, and more than 90 million streams. Direct interview material confirms that the five brothers still call Shaunavon home and continue farming the same land where they grew up while maintaining their touring and recording career.
