About
The artist
Inner Turmoil is a melodic death metal band formed in Montreal, Quebec, in 2012. Combining the aggression of contemporary extreme metal with Scandinavian-influenced melodic guitar harmonies and guttural vocal delivery, the quintet has carved out a recognized place in the Quebec heavy metal underground. Following intense live gigging across provincial venues, the band issued their landmark studio release The Void in 2022, featuring high-powered tracks like Wrath of the Warrior and The Abyss. Their 2024 release Frozen By Fear showcases an evolving sonic complexity that balances raw thrash power with dark, expansive arrangements.
