The artist
Leith Ross is a Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. They first released the independently recorded Motherwell EP in 2020, then reached a wider audience through the singles “I’d Have to Think About It” and “We’ll Never Have Sex.” Their 2023 debut album To Learn brought their hushed, emotionally precise writing into a fuller indie-folk setting and received a Juno nomination for Alternative Album of the Year. Produced by Rostam, the 2025 follow-up I Can See The Future expands that sound with alternative and rock textures while keeping Ross’s close, personal storytelling at its centre. Ross continues to tour internationally and across Canada.
