About
The artist
Born and raised in Bowmanville, Ontario, Meghan Patrick is one of Canada's most celebrated contemporary country vocalists. First gaining prominence as the lead singer of roots group The Stone Sparrows, Patrick launched her solo career with her 2016 debut album Grace & Grit on Warner Music Canada. Armed with a formidable vocal range and unapologetic lyricism rooted in classic bluegrass and hard-driving southern rock, she took top honors as the CCMA Female Artist of the Year in back-to-back years (2017 and 2018). With multiple JUNO nominations and charting hits including Bow Chicka Wow Wow, Walls Come Down, and Wild as Me, Patrick has performed across the world, sharing bills with Dwight Yoakam, Kip Moore, and Martina McBride.
