About
The artist
Moon King is the musical vehicle of Toronto-born songwriter, producer, and singer Daniel Woodhead. Evolving from dreamy noise-pop into joyful, propulsive electronic disco and synth-pop, Moon King's records Hamtramck '16 and Voice of Lovers are fueled by classic analog synthesizers, bouncy basslines, and falsetto hooks. Woodhead has toured extensively across North America and Europe, remaining a hometown favorite at venues like Lee's Palace. MusicList uses a rights-clean monogram rather than unlicensed photography.
