Newbridge is a Halifax, Nova Scotia band built around Keith Maddison, Glen Nicholson, Jeff Mosher, Warren Robert and Robbie Crowell. Their music draws on Americana, folk and roots-rock, with influences that range from The Band and John Hiatt to Tom Petty and Stan Rogers. The group's debut album, Past Lives, was recorded in Nashville at Creative Workshops Studio and produced by Crowell; its songs move from reflective ballads to groove-led, open-road rock.
