The artist
Pony Gold is the songwriting project of Victoria-based artist Theresa Anne Bromley. Raised in Smithers in Northern British Columbia, Bromley introduced the project with the 2023 EP Take Me Somewhere. The 2025 album High Road Reverie, produced by Leeroy Stagger and released by Neon Moon Records, expanded the project into a full-length blend of alt-country, folk, soul, and bluegrass. Pony Gold was named a 2026 Western Canadian Music Awards BreakOut Artist of the Year nominee.
