About
The artist
Formed in Toronto's eastern Beaches neighborhood in 2013 by sisters Jordan and Kylie Miller alongside friends Leandra Earl and Eliza Enman-McDaniel, The Beaches are one of contemporary rock's most electrifying Canadian acts. Blending spirited post-punk revival with witty, candid indie-rock songwriting, the four-piece captured national acclaim with their 2017 debut Late Show (earning the 2018 JUNO for Breakthrough Group). Their sophomore album Blame My Ex (2023) spawned the massive viral global hit Blame Brett, culminating in Group of the Year and Rock Album of the Year honours at the 2024 JUNO Awards and sold-out tours across North America and Europe.
