- Eligible applicants
- Burlington-based individual artists or arts/cultural collectives, incorporated or charitable arts/culture organizations, and multicultural groups with a significant Burlington arts/culture role. Schools, conservatories, churches/religious institutions, City employees, applicants already receiving City funding that year, and for-profit activity are excluded.
- Funding amount or limit
- Maximum $7,000 per project. The City pays 80% after the agreement is signed and the remaining 20% after the final report and required invoices.

Eligible activities
- One-year specific arts and cultural creation or presentation projects/events taking place April–March, including live music, concerts, festivals, artist development, community engagement, cultural programming, and professional artist fees.
