- Registered non-profit professional arts organizations in Calgary whose primary purpose is access to professional artistic work; the program is open to current grantees and new applicants, including music organizations.

- No fixed public maximum; grant amounts are set for 2027–2030 based on available funds, assessment, organization role, revenues and expenses, and peer context.
