- Professional Calgary-based individual artists, artist collectives, and cultural workers working in any artistic discipline; applicants may be outside city limits only with a meaningful Calgary relationship and access to Calgarians.

- Up to $20,000 for individuals and up to $25,000 for collectives.

- One-time research, experimentation, professional development and learning, creation, development or production, marketing and promotion, and presenting or sharing artistic work with the public, including music, opera, orchestra, and sound art.
