- Qualified individuals or groups seeking arts and cultural development assistance. Applicants must meet at least one local connection for a minimum of three consecutive years before applying: Cambridge residency, employment in Cambridge, or association as a member or student of a relevant Cambridge group or school. An applicant is unlikely to receive bursaries in more than two successive years.
