- Eligible applicants
- Registered non-profit or charitable organizations, or recognized/emerging arts groups, collectives, or community groups with capacity to manage funds responsibly; an unregistered group may partner with an eligible non-profit. The project must take place in Charlottetown, and presenting organizations must make it public and publicize it widely.
- Funding amount or limit
- Registered organizations may receive up to 35% of the total project or event budget, to a maximum of $10,000. Unregistered groups may receive up to 50% of the project budget, to a maximum of $5,000; in-kind matching contributions are limited to 25% of the overall project budget.

Eligible activities
- Single events, programs, projects, shows, or regularly recurring/annual series, plus new or pilot initiatives and emerging-group work, whose primary purpose is to develop, support, create, produce, present, or disseminate artistic work in any artistic discipline. Music projects, concert series, and music events are within the stated any-discipline scope. Individual artist research/creation/travel, retroactive, capital, private/closed, primarily commercial, and primarily out-of-city activities are excluded.
