- Registered not-for-profit, community-based organizations based in and serving Coquitlam residents; projects must take place in Coquitlam, primarily benefit residents, be sustainable beyond the grant, and align with City strategic goals.

- Up to 50% of eligible costs, to a maximum of $25,000; the City webinar says applications are limited to once every three years.
