- Non-profit cultural organizations, cultural-leisure organizations, and amateur or professional artists; city-mandated committees/corporations, partner institutions, and religious organizations are excluded. An organization or individual may apply once every two years for this volet and cannot apply to both equipment and project streams in the same year.
- Funding amount or limit
- Up to 50% of eligible project expenses; the annual envelope is divided among applications. The page does not publish a fixed dollar cap. Awards of $2,000 or less are paid in one installment; awards above $2,000 are paid in two installments.
