- Eligible applicants
- Individuals age 18 or older with an existing committed arts practice or professional arts activity who live in the Edmonton/amiskwacîwâskahikan region and are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid open work permit; collectives must have a majority of eligible members.

- Up to $10,000 based on projected expenses, including artist subsistence.
