- Eligible applicants
- Professional established artists and collectives age 18 or older. Applicants must be Hamilton residents for at least 12 months at submission, have specialized training or practice in their field, and be recognized by peers. Established artists typically have seven or more years of professional practice. Collectives must have at least two professional artists, with a majority of members residing in Hamilton; the collective is not required to be incorporated.
