- Eligible applicants
- Incorporated not-for-profit organizations with city-wide arts festival impact. Established festivals must generally be run by organizations incorporated for five or more years with a sustained festival history; emerging festivals are produced for less than five years. Festivals must have public appeal and public access, free and/or paid.
- Funding amount or limit
- Established Festivals: up to $100,000. Emerging Festivals: up to $10,000. The stream uses annual operating grants for festival production and presentation.
