- Eligible applicants
- Incorporated non-profit organizations providing publicly accessible Kelowna festivals, events, or projects featuring arts, culture, or heritage; organizations do not need to be from the arts/culture/heritage sector, but unincorporated groups, collectives, individuals, educational, religious, and political organizations are excluded.
- Funding amount or limit
- Up to 50% of total project costs, to a maximum of $10,000; matching funds are required.
