- New and emerging applicants may apply for up to 65% of total operating budget or $20,000, whichever is less. Previous recipients that are legally incorporated not-for-profits or charities operating for at least four years, and multi-year applicants, may apply for up to 65% of total operating budget or $200,000, whichever is less.
