- Not-for-profit organizations and Business Improvement Areas presenting an event in Mississauga for one full day or a few consecutive days, with programming or services open to the public and publicized city-wide. Applicants must be in good standing with the City; established and multi-year streams add incorporation, charitable-status, and operating-history requirements.

- New and emerging festivals may apply for up to 65% of the total operating budget or $20,000, whichever is less. Established and multi-year applicants may apply for up to 65% of the total operating budget or $200,000, whichever is less. An organization’s maximum annual funding is $200,000.
