Eligible applicants
Non-profit organization registered for at least one year with a mission connected to artistic, cultural, cultural-leisure, amateur-practice, museum, heritage, history, digital-creativity, community, or social-intervention activity, subject to the program’s exclusions and funding restrictions.
Funding amount or limit
The program may cover up to 85% of total project budget. MICRO: $5,000–$9,999 for up to one year. PONCTUEL: $10,000–$50,000 for up to two years. STRUCTURANT: up to $90,000 for up to three years, with mandatory partnership for the Structurant route.

  • Experimental projects that test concepts, strategies, or new approaches to improve cultural-participation practices, adapt to new realities, and increase the reach and success of future actions. Ongoing organizational offerings, professional creation/production/diffusion except heritage-related works, festivals, and professional concerts are excluded.
