- Eligible applicants
- Non-profit organization registered for at least one year and constituted under an eligible provincial or federal non-profit statute or as a non-profit solidarity cooperative, with a mission connected to artistic, cultural, cultural-leisure, amateur-practice, museum, heritage, history, digital-creativity, community, or social-intervention activity. This entry stream is for organizations that have never received funding from the City’s culture service.

Eligible activities
- Cultural-participation projects in cultural mediation, cultural leisure, amateur artistic practice, heritage, or digital creativity that enrich neighbourhood life and provide a first route into the City’s culture-funding process. Professional concerts, festivals, ongoing operations, and other excluded project types are not eligible.
