- Eligible applicants
- Non-profit organization registered for at least one year, headquartered in Montréal, in good standing with prior City culture funding, active in artistic, cultural, cultural-leisure, amateur-practice, museum, heritage, creative-industry, community, or social-intervention fields, and below the program’s $750,000 annual combined Ville de Montréal and Government of Québec subsidy threshold.
- Funding amount or limit
- The program may cover up to 85% of total project budget. MICRO: $5,000–$9,999 for up to one year with mandatory partnership. PONCTUEL: $10,000–$50,000 for up to two years with mandatory partnership.

Eligible activities
- Projects that enable artistic and cultural expression by individuals and communities, highlight tangible or intangible heritage and collective memory, and foster discovery, exchange, and artistic, cultural, or heritage transmission. Professional concert and festival projects, continuous programming, operations, and projects already funded by another municipal or provincial program are excluded.
