- Non-profit organization legally constituted for at least one year, headquartered in Montréal, producing the event within Montréal, in good standing with the City and tax authorities, and presenting a large cultural or festive parade with metropolitan, national, or international promotion.
- Funding amount or limit
- Maximum $30,000 and no more than 30% of eligible expenses; first-time applicants cannot receive more than $10,000. Eligible expenses cover production, promotion, and administration up to 15% of total budget.

Eligible activities
- One-day cultural and festive parades with a theme, artistic content, and broad public participation. The request must focus only on a metropolitan parade, possibly followed by a gathering or show; parades integrated into a festival or tied to national, political, or religious celebrations are excluded.
