- Eligible applicants
- Non-profit organization legally constituted for at least one year, headquartered in Montréal, producing the event within Montréal, in good standing with the City and tax authorities, and presenting a large cultural or festive event with metropolitan, national, or international promotion.
- Funding amount or limit
- Maximum $50,000 and no more than 15% of eligible expenses; first-time applicants cannot receive more than $10,000. Eligible expenses cover production, promotion, and administration up to 15% of total budget.

- Large thematic and festive cultural events, recurring or one-time, lasting at least one day and up to four non-consecutive months, with artistic content, a theme, and broad public participation. Professional discipline-development festivals belong in Volet 1 instead. The previous or projected budget must be at least $150,000.
