- Legally constituted non-profit organization established at least six months before applying, headquartered in Montréal, regularly active in professional artistic or cultural work, in good standing with the City and government authorities. Community organizations may apply when partnered with a cultural organization or professional artists. One project per organization may be supported annually.

- Maximum $5,000 where the project already receives municipal support or services; maximum $17,000 where it does not receive other municipal support or is not eligible for another municipal program. Eligible costs include artist fees, rights, project labour, external professional fees, transport, equipment rental, communications, insurance, and project administration.
