- Legally constituted non-profit organization established at least six months before applying, headquartered in Montréal, regularly active in professional artistic or cultural work, in good standing with the City and government authorities. Community organizations may apply when partnered with a cultural organization or professional artists.
- Funding amount or limit
- Maximum $20,000. The same project may be submitted for up to three consecutive years. Funding is complementary and may cover eligible project costs not covered by another grant, excluding regular operations, office equipment, debt, legal costs, and land/building capital.
