- Incorporated Nanaimo-based non-profit arts, culture, or heritage organizations in good standing, operating at least four years, offering year-round or seasonal public programming/services, showing other government and public/private revenue, and having previously received City operating funding; professional organizations must employ professional artists, pay industry-standard fees, and have paid administrative staff.
