First-come, first-served annual intake beginning in January and continuing until the budget is depleted or November 30, whichever comes first; applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

- Registered not-for-profit societies operating within Prince George for residents’ benefit, limited to one Capacity Building Grant per year; training must occur during the calendar year before November 30 and the organization must align with the City’s grant criteria, including arts and culture participation, equity, and community well-being.

Eligible activities
