- Registered not-for-profit societies operating within Prince George for residents’ benefit, in operation at least two years, with an operating budget under $250,000, impact on more than 100 residents annually, ongoing programming, an ongoing organizational partnership, demonstrated need and other confirmed funding, and no subsidized City lease or standing grant.
