Rolling submissions accepted at any time, at least six weeks before the project begins. Results are announced no later than February 15, June 15, or October 15 depending on submission period.

Eligible applicants
Professional non-profit organizations or cooperatives without redistribution of member profits, headquartered in Québec City and conducting part of their activities there. The organization must regularly present professional artistic and cultural activities in a recognized discipline including music, have a mission of creating, producing, presenting, or promoting artistic works, comply with applicable artist-status law, demonstrate sound governance, have at least one full year of professional activity, and have recent professional programming or positive cultural-funder support. Individual artists and for-profit, recreational, educational, public, and parapublic applicants are excluded.
Funding amount or limit
Maximum $20,000 and up to 50% of eligible expenses, including artist fees or copyrights, travel, cargo, per diems, lodging, and carbon compensation.

  • Reciprocal exchange projects between Québec City professional cultural organizations and partners more than 500 km away, with equivalent participation by both territories and firm invitations or letters of intent.
