ACAP has an Early Intake deadline on the last Friday in October and a Late Intake deadline on the last Friday in March each year. The 2026 Late Intake deadline was March 27, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.; the next early deadline is implied by the published cadence but has not yet been posted as a dated 2026 call.
- Eligible applicants
- Small Project Grants may be requested by Sault Ste. Marie-based incorporated not-for-profit arts, culture or heritage organizations, unincorporated arts/culture organizations or collectives, and individual cultural producers/practitioners; outside applicants may be considered with substantial local benefit or involvement. Large Project Grants require an incorporated not-for-profit arts/culture organization and additional governance and financial documentation.

- Small Project Grants: requests under $2,999, up to 100% of the project budget. Large Project Grants: $3,000 to $20,000, up to 75% of the project budget.
