Eligible applicants
Individual artists or collectives who have lived, regularly worked, or studied full-time in Sherbrooke for at least one year; Canadian citizens or permanent residents; working in a CALQ-recognized artistic discipline; and classified as professional, in professionalization, or emerging.
Funding amount or limit
The 2026–2027 envelope is $85,000 ($75,000 City and $10,000 Culture Sherbrooke). Maximum cash bursaries are $10,000 for professional artists, $5,000 for artists in professionalization, and $1,000 for emerging artists; a $1,000 service bursary may also be available.
