- Mature, registered not-for-profit arts, cultural, or heritage organizations with a clear relevant mandate, a significant history of local programming and community impact, and sustainable administrative practices; Surrey-based organizations are prioritized, while non-resident organizations may be considered for Surrey-serving operations.
