- Eligible applicants
- Professional artists, not-for-profit arts organizations, not-for-profit artist collectives, and not-for-profit organizations. Individuals must meet Toronto residency and citizenship/permanent-resident/protected-person rules; organizations and collectives must be Toronto-based.
- Funding amount or limit
- Maximum grant $25,000. Applicants are not required to secure other funding; support covers artist fees and production elements plus park-related program support.

Eligible activities
- Free arts programming in selected Toronto parks, explicitly including music, dance, theatre, visual/media arts, Indigenous arts, and community-engaged arts; community consultation/engagement and professional artist fees are required.
