- Eligible applicants
- Black professional artists, Black artist collectives, and incorporated Black-led, Black-focused, and Black-serving non-profit arts organizations; individual applicants and collectives must meet Toronto residency rules, and projects must take place in Toronto.
- Funding amount or limit
- Creation and Development: maximum $10,000, or $15,000 with mentorship. Presentation: maximum $15,000, or $20,000 with mentorship. TAC may fund up to 100% of the requested amount; an additional mentorship budget of up to $5,000 is available.

- Creation and development, research and development, workshops, presentation, exhibition, festival, dissemination, and mentorship across any artistic discipline, including music.
