- Toronto non-profit community choirs, opera organizations, orchestras, and ensembles with a responsible board/body, significant Toronto activity, annual operating budget below $150,000, ongoing annual music activity, at least three previous TAC music project grants, at least two self-presented concerts per season, professional artistic leadership, artist fees, and active community engagement. First-time applicants apply by invitation after speaking with the program manager.
